Chrono24 Watches warranty

Every mechanical watch we sell carries a 12-month warranty against movement failure from the delivery date, unless the listing states otherwise. Quartz references carry a 12-month movement warranty excluding batteries.

What is covered

• Movement faults not caused by impact, water ingress or unauthorised opening
• Timekeeping outside the tolerance published on the listing
• Winding, setting and chronograph mechanism failure
• Calendar and complication malfunctions

What is not covered

• Batteries, straps, crystals, and cosmetic wear from normal use
• Water damage on watches without a current pressure test
• Damage from drops, magnetism, or servicing by a third party during the warranty period

Making a claim

Email sales@chrono24watches.st with your order number and a description of the fault. We arrange insured collection, assess the watch, and repair or replace at our cost. Typical turnaround is 10 to 20 business days depending on parts availability.

Manufacturer warranties, where still active and transferable, run in addition to ours.
