Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with Chrono24 Watches you agree to these terms.
1. Listings and availability
Each watch is a single unique item. Listings are removed once sold. We make every effort to describe condition accurately; minor variations in colour reproduction between screens are not defects.
2. Pricing
Prices are shown inclusive of insured shipping and exclusive of import duties. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch, with a full refund offered if you do not accept the corrected price.
3. Orders and title
An order forms a contract when we confirm it in writing. Title passes on receipt of cleared funds in full.
4. Returns
Governed by our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
5. Warranty and liability
Our warranty is set out on the Warranty page. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the watch. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
6. Authenticity guarantee
If any watch we sell is shown by a qualified independent watchmaker not to be genuine, we refund the full purchase price and all associated costs, without time limit.
7. Selling to us
Sellers warrant that they own the watch outright and that it is free of any charge or claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of our place of establishment. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
