Yes. Every watch is inspected in-house, opened, and verified against manufacturer data before listing. See Authentication.
Do the photos show the actual watch?
Always. Listings use photographs of the specific watch in stock, including any flaws.
Do watches come with box and papers?
It varies. Every listing states exactly what is included. Full sets are labelled as such.
Can I return a watch?
Yes — 14 days from delivery, any reason. See Returns & Refunds.
Is there a warranty?
12 months on the movement. See Warranty.
How do you ship?
Fully insured express courier, discreet packaging, signature required. See Shipping & Delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to most countries. Import duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
Can I pay in instalments?
Not directly, but we can hold a watch against a deposit for up to 14 days.
Do you buy watches?
