Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from delivery to return any watch for a full refund, for any reason.

Conditions

• The watch must be returned in the condition it was received, with all accessories, box and papers supplied
• Protective stickers, where present on delivery, must remain intact
• The watch must not have been sized beyond the links supplied, engraved, or opened by a third party

How to return

1. Email sales@chrono24watches.st within 14 days of delivery with your order number.
2. We issue a return authorisation and a prepaid insured shipping label.
3. Pack the watch in the original shipping materials and hand it to the carrier.
4. On arrival, our watchmaker inspects the watch — usually within two business days.
5. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of inspection.

Faulty or misdescribed watches

If a watch does not match its listing or fails authentication by an independent watchmaker, we refund in full including all shipping costs, with no time limit on the authentication guarantee.

Exceptions

Bespoke work, custom sizing beyond supplied links, and watches sold explicitly as-is under our “project” grade are final sale and clearly marked on the listing.
