Shipping and delivery

Every watch ships fully insured for its declared value, in discreet packaging, with signature required on delivery.

Dispatch

Orders confirmed before 14:00 are prepared the same business day. Each watch is timed, cleaned and re-photographed immediately before packing, so allow one business day for final quality control on higher-value references.

Transit times

• Domestic express: 1–2 business days
• International express: 2–5 business days to most destinations
• Remote regions: add 1–3 business days

Costs

• Free insured shipping on all orders — the cost is built into the listed price
• Optional next-day upgrade where the carrier network supports it

Customs and duties

International buyers are responsible for import duties and taxes in the destination country. We declare full value as required by law; under-declaration voids insurance and we do not offer it.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed on dispatch. If tracking has not updated for three business days, contact sales@chrono24watches.st and we will open a carrier trace immediately.
